Barbetta House
Barbetta House Restaurant, located at the beachfront Somerset resort on Grace Bay Beach, is an upscale Mediterranean eatery with an ambiance that suits diners looking for a quiet, refined evening. The fine dining restaurant features both a main dining area with seating outside as well as a tapas lounge that often has live music.
Like many Turks and Caicos restaurants, the menu is influenced by the local culture and cuisine, which you'll find in everything from their lamb chops to classic Caesar salad. The restaurant is best known for its paella Barbetta, a distinctly Mediterranean dish. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant also hosts a weekly beach BBQ.
Turks Kebab
Located at Grace Bay Market on Allegro Road within walking distance of many Grace Bay hotels, Turks Kebab offers a menu that's distinctly Mediterranean, with appetizers such as hummus, tzatziki served with pita, gyros, and falafel, as well as dishes made from lamb and fish.
A full range of typical Turkish-influenced dishes is available, but the menu also includes burgers, wraps, and tacos. The restaurant has a small, outdoor location with some covered seating. Reservations aren't necessary at Turks Kebab, which is open from lunchtime until late into the night. Cocktails, wine, and beer are also available throughout their opening hours.
Aziza Restaurant & Lounge
Both a restaurant and a nightclub of sorts, Aziza is a popular evening spot with a heavy Mediterranean influence evident in its décor and menu.
The restaurant serves a range of dishes, including wild-caught whole branzino and saffron-marinated grilled salmon and chicken. A few vegetarian options are available at Aziza, including the veggie kebab and Greek salad. Tasty seafood options include shrimp pasta, calamari, and salmon crudo.
The restaurant offers a hip, bohemian ambiance, with hookah and bottle service available and a DJ playing music every night after dark.
