Ritz-Carlton, Grace Bay Road, Grace Bay, ProvidencialesCoralli is a beachfront elegant casual restaurant located on Grace Bay Beach at The Ritz-Carlton Resort, Turks and Caicos, and serves breakfast and lunch. The restaurant features both outdoor seating that overlooks the ocean, and indoor air-conditioned dining. Reservations are not required. Breakfast is offered from 7:00 to 11:00 AM, and lunch from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pool and beach service is available.
Coralli uses fresh local ingredients and serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes. With delectable cuisine from Italy, Greece, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, Coralli has plenty of flavor and variety. The fine dining establishment also includes a bar and is the perfect place for an oceanfront brunch.
Breakfast
Whether you’re in the mood for eggs Benedict, an omelet, bacon, or pancakes, Coralli has ample breakfast options with creative twists. The eggs Benedict comes with farmer’s ham, fresh spinach salad, and an English muffin. There is also a breakfast buffet with coffee or tea, juices, tropical fruits, bacon, waffles, pastries, and local favorite dishes.

Lunch
Coralli serves Mediterranean and Caribbean-inspired dishes for lunch. Tantalizing menu items include the Coralli lamb burger with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, caramelized onions, spinach, and cucumber sandwiched between a ciabatta bun. The fish sandwich features locally-caught fish. Other seafood favorites include fried calamari, conch fritters, ceviche, conch salad, and Mediterranean fish wraps.
The upscale eatery has an array of fresh salad options, including watermelon and feta salad, black quinoa bowls, and Israeli avocado salad. If you want to add more protein to your salad, you can choose from chicken, spiced shrimp, and grilled mahi-mahi.
Prosciutto and brie and the Mediterranean dips platter are made for tasting and sharing. The main dishes on the lunch menu include your choice of French fries, salad, or fresh fruit as a side. The grilled souvlaki skewers come in your choice of chicken or beef with sides and tzatziki sauce. The Grace Bay Burger features a 7 oz. black Angus burger, aged cheddar, and fresh hydroponic lettuce.
For vegetarians, the lunch menu offers a Beyond Meat veggie burger with lettuce, grilled onions, roasted peppers, and baba ganoush slathered on. Another popular veggie option is the vegetable wrap, bursting with flavors including grilled zucchini and eggplant, hummus, roasted peppers, cucumber, and avocado.
For drinks, you can choose from the bar options of soda, juice, alcohol, and water, or coffee, tea, cappuccino, lattes, and espresso.
Savor some sweetness after lunch with locally made ice cream from Island Scoop. With flavors like rum and raisin, mango sorbet, and local sea salt caramel, you can’t go wrong. Ice cream and sorbet sundaes and passion fruit creme brulee are decadent dessert options.
