South Bank Resort
Long Bay, Providenciales
Located in the Long Bay area of Providenciales, South Bank is a luxury residential resort and marina community that overlooks the picturesque Caicos Banks. The resort features 92 waterfront accommodations and a private five-acre ocean lagoon with a white-sand beach for relaxing, shallow water for swimming, and two palm-fringed islands with private lounging docks.
Having opened in 2024, South Bank is one of the newest resorts on Providenciales, and it offers a peaceful retreat for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. There's a large range of amenities for guests to enjoy, from its spa and wellness center to kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the lagoon or crystal-clear shallows offshore. The resort's fine dining lagoonfront Lua Restaurant is among the island's best restaurants, and it serves a variety of cuisine types.
Adjacent to South Bank Resort is the full-service South Bank Marina, where numerous Turks and Caicos yacht charters, water sports tours, and scuba diving charters depart.
The Caicos Banks
Brilliant turquoise and shallow water characterizes the Caicos Banks, the submerged marine plateau that supports Providenciales and the other 'Caicos' islands. South Bank Resort boasts 31 acres of frontage along the coast, overlooking the miles of crystal-clear water that covers this unique plateau.
The Caicos Banks are a standout location for boating, jet skiing, and kiteboarding. Small patch reefs—as well as the La Famille Express, a grounded freighter that has become a popular boating attraction—can be found just a short boat ride away from South Bank.
Rooms and Accommodations

South Bank's accommodations consist of standalone resort villas that offer the comfort of a private home with the amenities of a resort. All accommodations are waterfront and feature a balcony or terrace, as well as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a high-definition TV, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. Stays also include daily complimentary breakfast at Lua Restaurant.
The Lagoon Villas
Situated on the shoreline of South Bank Resort's ocean lagoon, The Lagoon Villas are a collection of three- to five-bedroom luxury beachfront villas with private pools, butler services, and access to the many amenities offered by the resort. Some Lagoon Villas also have their own private boat docks, which are perfect for easy boating access to the waters beyond The Lagoon's inlet.
The Ocean Estates
South Bank's exclusive oceanfront accommodation is the Ocean Estate Villas, which consist of 19 four- to six-bedroom villas overlooking the Caicos Banks. These villas offer unobstructed ocean or beach frontage and come with their own private swimming pools, access to butler services, and more. The Ocean Estate Villas can accommodate between 8 and 14 guests, making them an ideal choice for large families or groups.
The Boathouses
The Boathouses at South Bank overlook a brilliant blue channel (where it's common to spot sea turtles) leading to the open ocean. Each Boathouse comes with an individual boat dock, one to three bedrooms, and access to a community space with hammocks, a spacious swimming pool, a BBQ area, and loungers.
