An important aspect of a bar and grill restaurant is its ambiance, and there’s a great selection of settings to choose from at Grace Bay and across Providenciales.
Local fresh seafood also makes its way into many of the bar and grill menus. There’s conch salad, conch fritters,and fried cracked conch, local snapper and grouper that may be fried, grilled, blackened, or incorporated into tacos or sandwiches, and of course Caribbean spiny lobster, which is often grilled, fried, or made into bisque or salads. Local seafood is usually sourced directly from the docks and seafood markets.

There’s a great selection of beachfront and waterfront establishments to choose from, many of which have their own food specialties and unique ambiances.
At Grace Bay Beach, there’s Ricky’s on the Beach, Cabana Bar & Grill, Solana, Somewhere Café, and Hemingway's Restaurant, all of which offer an amazing setting to watch the sunset, and menus that include international favorites ranging from burgers, tacos, cracked conch, and fried foods.
Some great bars and restaurants on or near the water include Sharkbite at Turtle Cove Marina and Bob’s Bar at South Side Marina on Venetian Road. Sharkbite serves what are probably the best wings on the island as well as an excellent grouper sandwich, and even has a resident nurse shark of significant size that occasionally shows up to the deck. Bob’s Bar offers traditional bar and grill favorites that have a bit of a gourmet twist, and an onsite bocce court.
Elegant Casual Atmospheres
If you’re seeking a quiet and casual, yet refined setting, some great options include 19 Bar and Restaurant at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, which features a beautiful indoor air-conditioned bar, The Terrace at the One Season Plaza in central Grace Bay, and Cocovan Airstream Lounge, the casual counterpart to the famous Coco Bistro restaurant. The menu at Cocovan often changes, yet there’s often several varieties of excellent tacos to choose from, as well as hamburger sliders, sandwiches, and more.
Live Music, Karaoke, and Sports
For a bit of a livelier evening, there are some bars and restaurants that are known for their music and sports. Danny Buoy's is best known for Karaoke and their special events nights. Bob’s Bar typically has live music from local rock cover band Weaponized Conch on Thursday nights, and Bugaloo’s Conch Crawl often has live music. Danny Buoy's, 19 Bar and Restaurant, and The Terrace also usually have sports playing on multiple displays.
