BLT Steak is a fine dining restaurant that serves steak, seafood, and more from its location at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos in the Grace Bay area of Providenciales.
BLT Steak—which stands for Bistro Laurent Tourondel—offers a reimagined twist on traditional steakhouse cuisine. The upscale steakhouse has indoor dining as well as outdoor seating in a courtyard surrounded by palm trees. There is a full bar that serves cocktails, mocktails, beer, and a long list of fine wines.
In addition to the regular menu, the chef's daily blackboard menu highlights fresh local ingredients and creative flavors—no two days are the same.
The Menu
All beef that BLT Steak prepares is USDA Prime Beef or 100% naturally raised black Angus. The steak options range from BLT's filet mignon to their porterhouse, skirt steak, and Wagyu striploin. The ribeye (served either boneless or bone-in) is a popular dish, as is the New York strip.
In addition to steak, this restaurant also serves meat dishes like braised short ribs in port wine, rack of lamb, and roasted chicken.
Sample Dishes
Tuna tartare, fresh-shucked oysters, crab cakes, and jumbo shrimp cocktails are a few of the seafood options (and local lobster, when in season). Fish dishes include their roasted salmon with pineapple ginger salsa and rum glaze, the sautéed Dover sole, and the branzino.
Vegetarians have their choice of several salad dishes, from beet and pear salad to the classic Caesar salad.
There's a nice list of side dishes to choose from that pair nicely with the mains. The truffle mac and cheese, roasted wild mushrooms, and spicy BBQ corn are particularly tasty. They also serve the classic fully loaded baked potato (as well as a spicy jalapeno baked potato).
Kids Menu

Children are welcome at the restaurant, and the children's menu here accommodates both generalist and choosier younger diners—kids have the option of filet mignon, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, or seared fish. All kids meals come with their choice of french fries, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
Dessert
The dessert menu features mini donuts, peanut butter chocolate mousse, and a sorbet sundae drenched in pineapple compote and topped with coconut rum whipped cream, among other choices. A nice light option with a tropical flavor is the crêpe soufflé with passionfruit sauce.
Specialty coffees, teas, and dessert liquers are also available.
Cocktails, Wine, and Beer
The bar is well-stocked and carries many imported spirits and beers, as well as a few local brands (such as Turk's Head Beer). The wine menu carries premium wines from around the world.
BLT Steak's bartenders have a large selection of ingredients for whipping up classic cocktails, but also serve several signature cocktails that are worth trying. The mocktails are a refreshing alternative for non-drinkers.
Ambiance and Service

As one might expect from The Ritz-Carlton, the service and ambiance at this restaurant are top-notch. Servers are happy to accommodate your dietary needs and also offer special birthday options.
The steakhouse has an elegant and romantic ambiance, making it a nice place to celebrate special occasions. You can choose from indoor seating with wood tables and vintage-inspired artwork or al fresco dining. The outdoor dining option offers a courtyard with palm trees and twinkling white lights.
