Aqueous Villa is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury villa tucked away on the northeastern end of Providenciales. The accommodation spans two levels and boasts a combined 5,500 square feet (1,676 sq m) of indoor and outdoor living spaces with wooden accents and modern amenities.
Picturesque Leeward Beach is just a five-minute walk away—though with complimentary access to a four-seater electric beach cart, you’ll want to use this more stylish mode of transportation to get there. If the beach isn’t your scene, the villa has a large, private saltwater swimming pool that’s solar-heated, allowing you to enjoy pleasant swims day and night.
This villa is located in the Sunset Beach Villas enclave within the residential Leeward area, just a five-minute drive from central Grace Bay, where you can find fine dining, shopping plazas, a grocery store, and some nightlife.
Aqueous Villa’s cozy outdoor furnishings—which include plush sofas, armchairs, and a suspended outdoor swing lounge bed—make the villa a great place to catch up on your reading, take your coffee poolside, or enjoy dinner alfresco with your group.
Accommodations
Aqueous Villa offers comfortable, modern accommodations and several amenities—such as a full-size washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor grilling station—that you typically won’t get at a hotel or resort on Providenciales.
Each of the villa’s three bedrooms comes with an en suite bathroom, smart TV, luxury linens and towels, robes, premium bath products, and a safe for storing valuables. The bedroom on the second level has the best view. From the expansive, furnished private deck accessible from the bedroom’s sliding door, you’ll have a front-row seat to the beautiful sunsets that grace Leeward Beach daily.
High-speed Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available throughout the villa. The villa’s bedrooms also feature Sonos (a wireless sound system application) connectivity.

The villa has a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Guests have access to a complimentary vacation concierge, who can help them book activities and excursions or make arrangements for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals. At an additional charge, the concierge can reserve a private chef, nanny, butler, or housekeeping team to cater to you during your stay.
Outdoor and Beach Amenities
With a 28-foot swimming pool surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and a raised alfresco dining area, Aqueous Villa’s furnished outdoor area is where you’ll likely want to spend most of your visit. The spacious exterior also features a wet bar and Weber grilling station, ideal for preparing steak flanks, grilled veggies, or Caribbean spiny lobster tails (when in season). A fence around the property adds a layer of privacy.
Aqueous Villa is just a short beach cart ride from the Sunset Beach access of Leeward Beach. Leeward Beach is known for its great sunsets, soft white sand, sparkling blue water, and lower density of visitors.
Beach loungers and umbrellas are set up daily on this stretch of the beach for guests. In addition to a four-seater electric beach cart you can use to travel back and forth, you’ll also have access to portable chairs and a cooler.
