Neptune Villas is a small enclave of nine vacation rental villas, located on picturesque Chalk Sound National Park and within a short walk of beautiful Sapodilla Bay Beach. This micro resort offers great rates and a very scenic setting.
Neptune Villas offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, with a combination of Chalk Sound water and garden views.
Property Amenities
Accommodations at Neptune Villas are complete with fully equipped kitchens and linens. Villa amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, cable TV, terraces or patios with outdoor seating, and a clothes washer and dryer.
The largest 3-bedroom villas also have their own private pool.
Neptune Villas and Las Brisas maintain a great fleet of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and canoes, which guests staying onsite are free to use. Guests are also welcome to use the pool at the restaurant. Also onsite at the resort is a shaded waterfront recreational area with BBQ grills and a children’s playground.

The popular waterfront Las Brisas restaurant is located on the property. This restaurant features an amazing backdrop and serves a wide menu of international, seafood, and grill favorites.
Chalk Sound National Park
Chalk Sound National Park is one of the finest natural attractions in the Turks and Caicos. This inland marine lagoon boasts some of the most turquoise water on the planet and is home to hundreds of picturesque limestone islands.
Chalk Sound is exceptional for kayaking and paddleboarding. Some of the islands in the lagoon support the endangered Turks and Caicos Islands rock iguana, and it’s possible to spot stingrays, small sharks, and even occasionally the resident mother and baby dolphins!
Nearby Beaches
The property is a two-minute walk (400 feet / 122 m) from calm and sheltered Sapodilla Bay Beach. This beach offers shallow and clear water, and almost never has any waves to speak of. Unfortunately, some vendors and water sports companies operate illegally from the beach, which greatly detracts from what would otherwise be a very peaceful beach.
The likewise exquisite yet far quieter Taylor Bay Beach is a short drive away.

Neptune Villas is located in the Chalk Sound residential community of Providenciales, which is home to many upscale homes and vacation rental properties.
It’s highly advisable for guests staying at Chalk Sound to rent a car for the duration of their stay, as taxis are quite expensive and not typically available (without long delays) near Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay.
The Providenciales International Airport is located about a 15-minute drive away. Most rental car agencies offer airport pickup, which saves on taxi fares.
