The master bedroom on the second floor includes vaulted wood ceilings, a flat-screen TV, an oceanfront view with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, has balcony access, pristine waterfront views, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The third bedroom, on the ground floor, includes two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor, featuring lush tropical foliage views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Chalk Sound National Park
Aventine Villa is waterfront on expansive and stunning Chalk Sound lagoon. This national park has hundreds of small limestone islands, and some of the most turquoise water to be seen. The lagoon is perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking, and the villa has a few kayaks for guest use. There’s a private water access from the villa.
