The Cove Restaurant + Beach Bar is a restaurant on South Caicos that offers stunning waterfront views and Caribbean cuisine in a casual dining atmosphere. Located on the Cove Beach in the turquoise Bell Sound, the casual restaurant option for the nearby Sailrock Resort serves fresh seafood, tropical cocktails, seasonal produce, desserts, and more.

There's a scenic outdoor covered dining area that overlooks the sparkling calm blue waters of the Caicos Banks. Here, guests can enjoy a peaceful experience savoring creative twists on Caribbean food and a wide range of wine, beer, and cocktails.

The Menu

The restaurant serves a wide selection of food and drinks.

The menu at The Cove Restaurant + Beach Bar rotates seasonally, and is subject to change based on what’s available. Appetizers have included jerk chicken wings—a Turks and Caicos specialty—Peruvian ceviche, and tzatziki dip. The salad options range from Thai chicken salad to mixed greens with citrus dressing and classic Caesar salad.

There's an abundance of seafood on the menu, served as dishes of cracked Caicos conch, local fish ceviche, fish tacos, crab cakes, island calamari, and the chef’s catch of the day, which includes a grilled local fish, rice and peas, side salad, and a fresh lemon-garlic sauce. The blackened fish tacos come with a chipotle, lime, and cilantro yogurt dressing.

Other popular menu items include the Cuban sandwich with two kinds of pork, BBQ pork burritos, chicken quesadillas, burgers, and pizza. For pizza lovers, there is an array of homemade pizza options, including Margherita, pepperoni, and vegetarian pizza. For vegetarians, The Cove Restaurant + Beach Bar has salads, pizza, veggie burgers, and French fries. The menu also features gluten-free and healthy options marked for health-conscious diners.

Dessert options at the South Caicos restaurant may include homemade ice cream, cheesecake, a rich double chocolate cake, and bananarama, a crispy banana and caramel roll slathered in chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.

The Bar

The beach bar at The Cove has an array of creative cocktails to choose from, including Caribbean classics like rum punch, as well as a selection of wine, beer, and liquor. It's a nice place to take in gorgeous sunsets and soak in the laid-back island vibe.
