The resort has an onsite concierge, daily housekeeping, a full fitness center, an expansive pool, tennis courts, bicycles, BBQ grills, ample free parking, a gated resort entry, a business center, and a hot tub.
On the beach are umbrellas and loungers. Offsite boat charters and water sports businesses operate from a pier within walking distance, and local tour company Talbot’s Adventures has an office at the nearby Ricky’s restaurant location.
Beachfront on Grace Bay Beach
The Tuscany is located on the far eastern end of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, and within walking distance of the likewise exquisite Leeward Beach. Grace Bay is consistently excellent along the entirety of its coast, yet it does differ a bit.
The beach fronting the resort is wide with perfect turquoise water. It’s also sheltered from the typical eastern trade winds, so it’s often calm as well. The atmosphere is quiet and the area doesn’t see much in the way of crowds, especially as the coast continues east to Leeward Beach.
Leeward Beach is a 6-minute walk to the east (0.25 miles / 0.4 km), and offers greater privacy and a slightly different setting of luxury homes instead of resorts.

Located in Grace Bay
As the resort is located on the eastern side of Grace Bay, the selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance isn’t quite as extensive as it is with accommodations in central Grace Bay, yet there are still some great dining options nearby.
The gourmet Opus Wine Bar and Grill restaurant, the Asian-influenced Solana, casual Cabana and Ricky’s, and the elegant 19 Bar and Restaurant at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club collectively offer a great range of cuisines and atmospheres. All five restaurants are a short walk away.
The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, with its award-winning 18-hole course and tennis facilities, is located across the street from the Tuscany. The club welcomes visitors.
Central Grace Bay, with its retail and dining plazas and Graceway Gourmet supermarket, is a two-minute drive from the resort.
The Providenciales International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
