Pine Cay Airport (PIC)
Pine Cay
The Pine Cay Airport (also known as Cowles Field) is a 2,800-foot (850-meter) surfaced airstrip on the private island of Pine Cay.
This airstrip is only suitable for small propeller planes. In addition, as the Pine Cay Airport is not fenced in, it’s advisable to conduct a flyby to ensure that the runway is clear before landing.
The airport is primarily used by residents and visitors of Pine Cay as an alternative to arriving via boat (which is the more popular option).
There is no terminal or other facilities, such as restrooms or a restaurant, at the airstrip.
