The breakfast menu at the Great House Restaurant changes often and offers a wide range of options. Popular breakfast items include pancakes with maple syrup, fresh fruit like watermelon, honeydew melon, and pineapple, coffee, croissants, pastries, yogurt, cheeses, cereal, scrambled eggs, omelettes, smoked salmon, muffins, and more. Juice options range from orange juice to pineapple and watermelon juice.
Lunch
The lunch offerings at the Great House Restaurant focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional Caribbean favorites as well as healthy options. Some typical lunch options include jerk chicken (an island staple), fresh fish of the day, mixed green salad, shrimp chowder, lobster bisque, Ahi Tuna Tataki, and shrimp ravioli.
Dinner
As with the other meals, the restaurant rotates the dinner menu based on the freshest available ingredients. With delectable local seafood, a rich array of vegetables, and Caribbean staple dishes, the menu has something for everyone. There are also healthy and vegetarian options on the dinner menu. Some of the healthy menu items include an array of fresh salads, raw vegetable soup of the day, Southern Indian lentil and veg curry, and grilled spinach chicken breast.
Some popular main items for dinner include rich seafood risotto, grilled marinated lobster tail in a lemon butter sauce, grilled swordfish, pan-fried Caribbean red snapper, stuffed beef tenderloin, penne pasta, and roasted vegetables, smoked mahi-mahi, rack of lamb, Caribbean shrimp scampi, and taste of South Caicos Earth, which includes eggplant, sweet potatoes, baby carrots, mushrooms, beans, and cherry tomatoes.
Side items that have been on the dinner menu range from garlic mashed potatoes to grilled vegetables, chilled roasted potato soup, conch chowder, Caesar salad, cabbage slaw, and grouper carpaccio. The executive chef also offers daily specials with unique and tasty combinations of local seafood, vegetables, and more.

For the health-conscious crowd, the bar offers mindful cocktails, each of which has less than 150 calories and less than 5 grams of added sugar. Wellness juices are available as well, which include freshly pressed vegetable juice blends.
