WE Kitchen features an open kitchen design.

WE Kitchen is a gourmet restaurant located at the Kokomo Botanical Resort in central Providenciales. The restaurant specializes in dishes created from fresh and raw ingredients, locally sourced ingredients, and specialty foods such as dry-aged steaks, and has a wood-fired grill and smoker.

Reservations are recommended, and the dress code is elegant-casual.

The Menu

WE Kitchen prides itself on utilizing the best and freshest ingredients, including locally sourced seafood and produce, select imported meat cuts, and other gourmet products.

The menu includes such dishes as several different dry-aged steaks, grilled branzino, pan-seared scallops, pasta dishes made from fresh semolina pasta, and a full complement of starters and sides. WE Kitchen maintains a full and varied wine list, with an onsite bar that serves premium mixed drinks.

The Setting

WE Kitchen features a contemporary open kitchen design, with multi-level seating that flows to a sky deck from the restaurant and bar. From the main room and bar, the kitchen and food creation can be clearly seen.
