The Best Horseback Riding Locations
The stables on Providenciales are found on opposite sides of the islands, and the beach, sights and scenery differ a bit depending on which tour is takes. The routes used are generally on level terrain with little change in elevation.
The lightly-developed Long Bay Beach is located on the shallow Caicos Banks region of Providenciales, which displays a dazzling hue of turquoise. The coast is one of the top
kiteboarding destinations in the Caribbean, so you’ll see some action on the water as well if the
wind is blowing.
It's recommended that you wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes. Sandals should not be worn.
Booking and Reservations
We highly advise booking your reservation well in advance of your visit to the Turks and Caicos, as both of the island’s stables are small and availability is limited. This is especially the case during the winter “
high season” months.
Cancelations within 24-48 hours before a scheduled ride may incur hefty fees. A 12% tourism tax may be additional to the advertised rates.
Weddings and Special Events
If you’re looking for a private ride or would like to do a
photo shoot or
wedding, special arrangements and times can be booked.
