Fitness center, tennis court, complimentary use of Hobie cat sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and full-time concierge service.

Grace Bay Beach at The Palms Resort

The unique infinity pool at The Palms Resort in the Turks and Caicos.

World-famous Grace Bay Beach is consistently excellent, yet the coast does vary a bit, with changes in water depth, clarity, beach width, and calmness.

The beach fronting The Palms is located on the western side of Grace Bay, and as it’s past the subtle Forbes Point peninsula at Point Grace resort, the area is typically somewhat sheltered from the usual eastern trade winds, and consequently is often calm near shore.

The accommodation density near The Palms is higher than at other stretches of Grace Bay, and the expansive Beaches Turks and Caicos all-inclusive complex is nearby, so the beach is often one of the more crowded parts of Grace Bay.

Located in Grace Bay

The Palms is located on the western side of the Grace Bay region, and adjacent to the Bight community. The inland area near The Palms supports less commercial density than what’s found in the central Grace Bay area.

Providenciales is a small island, and the airport, most restaurants, stores, beaches, and attractions are only a short drive away. For transport, the best option for most guests is to rent a car for their stay, as taxis can be quite expensive and inconvenient.

The shops, services, and dining of central Grace Bay, which are primarily centered around a few plazas, are on the margin of being too far for pleasant walking from the Palms. The enclave of The Saltmills, Regent Village, and Le Vele Plaza, often considered to be the center of the “Grace Bay Strip”, is about a 15-minute (0.75 miles, or 1.2 km) walk away.
