Aqua Pulchra is Latin for “beautiful water” and this luxury vacation villa includes plenty of breathtaking waterfront views. Whether you’re relaxing in the spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows or watching the sunset from your bedroom balcony, you’ll enjoy unforgettable views of the brilliant blue sea and sky. The gated property is fenced along three sides, with the beach and water serving as the fourth side.

This sprawling vacation villa has well-appointed common areas, including a fully furnished kitchen and open living and dining area in the central part of the home. There is a wing on each side of the central living area with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each wing. The lower level of the villa includes parking and laundry accommodations. The well-maintained villa features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a media room, a library, and two king bedrooms.

Outside you can unwind and let your worries slide away with the warm Caribbean sunshine and plenty of outdoor amenities. The villa features three patios, a BBQ grill, an infinity pool overlooking the brilliant blue ocean, and an outdoor dining space that accommodates up to eight people. Enjoy the lush tropical foliage in the garden or wander down to the private dock for lounging areas or space to launch a kayak into the pristine waters of Chalk Sound.
