Provo Air Center prides itself on offering world-class services to its clientele through a combination of innovation, a state-of-the-art facility, and amenities that cater to the needs of every guest.

Passengers also have access to a coffee bar featuring a variety of coffees, teas, and seasonal drinks.

The FBO’s experienced security staff are onsite 24 hours a day, employing the latest technologies to safeguard passengers, aircraft, and fuel supply using surveillance, access control, and know-your-customer protocols. They also have many years of experience in hosting guests ranging from government officials to royal families and celebrities, and are therefore well equipped to meet the privacy and security needs of each of the FBO’s passengers.

Provo Air Center’s concierge team similarly has many years of experience in providing warm welcomes, world-class customer service, and keen attention to detail to each of the FBO’s passengers as they arrive in the Turks and Caicos.

The Provo Air Center facility is located on the northern side of the runway at the intersection of South Dock Road and Old Airport Road, making it the closest FBO to a number of Providenciales’s resorts such as the Amanyara Resort, as well as the many hotels in Grace Bay. The Providenciales International Airport, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Downtown area are also located close by.

The world-famous Grace Bay Beach is also less than a 15-minute drive away from Provo Air Center. No matter where travelers are staying during their time in Providenciales, Provo Air Center is conveniently located within 20 minutes of all destinations on the island.

Entry to the Turks and Caicos

All general declaration forms required to be completed for entry into the Turks and Caicos are available on the Provo Air Center website to download. FBO staff complete all of the required paperwork prior to the arrival of aircraft, which provides ease and convenience to passengers arriving at the FBO.

Provo Air Center also provides fuel and fueling services. The facility works with leading international firms to provide both Avgas and Jet A Fuel, and they consistently maintain their own fuel depot and distribution system to ensure high-quality service at the best possible price to their clients.

Provo Air Center has 15 acres of ramp space available at the facility’s main ramp, which can accommodate aircraft up to a Boeing 777 and 9 additional acres at their satellite ramp, as well as expanded pilot facilities. On the runway, Provo Air Center’s team takes care of all ground handling and fueling.

FBO amenities include an onsite laundry, a gift shop, a dedicated pet area, a children’s lounge, and a dining space. Provo Air Center also offers a diverse catering menu that can be tailored to meet the dietary requirements of each passenger. The menu is available on the FBO’s website to download, and catering requests can be made in advance.

Additionally, the FBO has an onsite customs and immigration hall, the first of its kind, which makes the customs clearance process even faster and adds an additional layer of privacy for its passengers.

South Dock Road is on the southern side of Providenciales, connecting the Downtown and airport area to the settlements of Five Cays, Chalk Sound, and the South Dock industrial port.
