Caribbean Place is a commercial and professional complex, located on Leeward Highway in the Downtown region of Providenciales. The complex is near the main First Caribbean International Bank branch, and is about a 5-minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport.

Caribbean Place consists of 15 buildings split into multiple units, and is home to law firms, an investment bank, a logistics company, a security company, and the offices and the Turks and Caicos Financial Services Commission.

Caribbean Place was built in the early 1990s, and at one time was a leading center for professional offices. The last few decades have seen a move of many offices from the downtown region to Grace Bay and plazas such as the Saltmills, Regent Village, and Le Vele Plaza, and central Grace Bay now hosts the majority of professional services, as well as tourism-related shopping and many restaurants.

Leeward Highway is the main highway on Providenciales, and runs from the Downtown and airport area to the far eastern end of the island. Many of the island’s larger stores and businesses are located along this four-lane route.
